Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare food orders.
- Wash food thoroughly prior to preparation.
- Wash the refrigerators, tables, utensils, cabinets and other items used in the kitchen for food preparation.
- Mop and sweep the floor when the need arises.
- Wash dishes, pots and pans, silverware and other equipment.
- Take the trash out to the dumpster on a regular basis throughout the day.
- Replace garbage bags after the garbage has been taken out.
- Unload shipments of food and other supplies to be used in the kitchen.
- Keep the kitchen in an orderly manner.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen experience.
- Able to lift 10 lbs. or more.
- Able to work a flexible work schedule to meet store operating hours.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve food and beverages to customers over the counter.
- Replenish supplies at serving stations.
- Take customers’ orders and give ticket stubs to customers when needed to identify filled orders.
- Deliver orders to kitchen and pick up and serve food when it is ready.
- Scrub and polish counters and other equipment.
- Prepare bills for food using cash registers and accept payment and make change.
- Clear and clean tables.
- Balance receipts and payments in cash registers.

- Previous front counter experience.

- Assist Store Manager in maintaining standards of quality, customer service, cleanliness and safety.
- Monitor customer service, supervise staff, and conduct quality and cleanliness audits.
- Interview and make hiring recommendations to the Store Manager.
- Assist with establishing staff work schedules.
- Assist with ordering product, performing daily cash procedures and tracking and submitting payroll information for all staff.
- Conduct customer service and safety training with staff.
- Conduct accident investigations and complete proper documentation.
- Assist with implementing and monitoring the effectiveness of new policies and programs.
- Assist as required in various areas during busy periods to meet deadlines.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in the food service industry.
- Able to work a flexible work schedule to meet store operating hours.
- Strong customer service, communications and organizational skills.
- Able to operate effectively in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of management experience in the food service industry.
- Able to work a flexible work schedule to meet store operating hours.
- Strong customer service, communications and problem-solving skills.
- Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic business and financial knowledge an asset.
