How do I earn points?

Upon registration, you will receive 50 points ($5), and afterwards you will receive one point per dollar spent.

How do I redeem my points?

When you have earned 50 points, you can redeem them for *$5 at checkout on the Hero Mobile App or through our website.* You must spend a minimum of $25 to redeem your $5 reward.

Can I redeem my points in store?

Currently you cannot redeem your points at the store. Points can only be redeemed through our Hero Certified Burgers Mobile App or website.

Can I use these points for all Hero locations?

Yes, you can redeem them at all our locations when ordering through our website or with the Hero Certified Burgers Mobile App.
