Upon registration you will receive 50 points ($5) and afterwards you receive one point per dollar spent

Whenever you have 50 points, you can redeem them for *$5 in your account at checkout on Hero Mobile App and Hero Online Ordering.
*A $25 minimum spend must be reached to redeem your $5 reward.

Do my points expire?

No, points do not expire and they remain on your card

Can I redeem my points at the store now?

No, currently you cannot redeem your points at the store, you can only redeem them through Hero Mobile App and Hero Online Ordering

Can I use these points for all Hero locations?

Yes, you can redeem them at all the locations when ordering online or through the app.
