Hero Certified Burgers Contest Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: This promotion is open only to legal residents of Ontario, Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Franchisees, their employees, officers and directors of Hero Certified Burgers, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Promotion Period: The promotion begins on Friday August 30, 2024, at 12:00 AM and ends on September 30 at 11:59 PM.
3. How to Enter: To participate, purchase the Hero Premium Iced Coffee and Frank’s Sriracha Fried Egg breakfast sandwich combo from a participating Hero Certified Burgers location during the promotion period. You must make your purchase through the HERO App. Retain your receipt as proof of purchase. Each purchase qualifies for one entry into the promotion. Multiple entries are allowed.
4. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a pair of Sonos Ace headphones valued at approximately $600. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries received during the promotion period. The draw will be conducted on October 1st by Hero Certified Burgers or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final.
6. Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified via email or phone within 3 days after the drawing. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 7 days, or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize. An alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries.
7. Publicity: By participating in this promotion, the winner agrees to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions:  Hero Certified Burgers reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Hero Certified Burgers’ reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by Hero Certified Burgers in its sole discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless  Hero Certified Burgers, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the promotion or receipt or use of the prize.
10. Disputes: Except where prohibited, participant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of  Hero Certified Burgers in connection with the promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
11. Privacy: Information collected from participants is subject to Hero Certified Burgers’ privacy policy.
