Our Beef and Where It Comes From
Hero Certified Burgers beef comes from Heritage Angus Beef and is produced at Canadian Premium Meats Abattoir in Lacombe Alberta. Canadian Premium Meats is Canadian and European Approved and all beef is dry chilled to stop microbial growth, as well there are strict feeding regimes that mitigate food born illness.
The ranchers of Heritage Angus Beef pride themselves for not being commodity beef oriented and have worked hard to produce beef that can be trusted and savoured. It's being part of something good!

Both of these seasoned franchise operators - Mr. Gould is the president of New York Fries and South St. Burger Co. franchises, Mr. Lettieri is the owner of the Lettieri cafes chain in Toronto and the inspiration behind Hero Certified Burgers - are showing the foodservice world thateven when you're dishing up burgers and fries, you can do it with a social conscience.
